You can permanently delete your StateNull / StateNull-SecoM account and its data at any time — no phone call, and no need to sign in. This is separate from cancelling a subscription: deleting your account also removes your data.
Your request is actioned by a person — it is not an instant automated wipe. Once we have verified that you own the address, a fixed erasure inventory runs across every server-side store. It removes:
Because your content is end-to-end encrypted and stored only as ciphertext under your own keys, it is already unreadable to us; destroying your key slots makes it permanently unrecoverable.
Only records with an explicit rule survive deletion: billing rows referenced by opaque Paddle identifiers with the e-mail address blanked — the statutory billing and tax records themselves are held by our Merchant of Record (Paddle) for the legally required period; issued certificates and public-key history, so records you sealed and signatures you made before deletion remain independently verifiable; and the deletion entry in the tamper-evident audit log — entries there are append-only and identify actions, not your content. Minimal, rotated security logs are kept only as long as needed to run the service safely. See the Privacy Policy.
We action verified deletion requests promptly and complete removal of your account and server-side content within about 30 days. You will receive an e-mail confirmation.
