You can cancel your StateNull subscription at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals; your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period, and your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
Your request is recorded immediately as a ticket and handled by a person — we stop the next renewal and e-mail you a confirmation. This is not instant: for immediate self-service cancellation, use “Manage payment & invoices” in your account. You keep access until the end of your current paid period.
