This Refund Policy applies to paid StateNull software subscriptions supplied by R-ESM LLC, also known as Royal Enterprise Service Management. Payments and refunds are handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record, and this policy is aligned with Paddle’s Refund Policy. Last updated 13 July 2026.
You may request a full refund of the amount paid within 14 days of your purchase — or, for a subscription, within 14 days of the most recent renewal. No reason is required. To request a refund, email media.supply@statenull.com with the account email address used for the purchase, or contact Paddle directly. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Where local law gives you a longer or unconditional right to cancel, that right applies in full. In particular:
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights that apply under the law of your country.
Eligible customers may receive a 14-day trial at checkout. The trial requires a payment method: €0 (or the equivalent) is due today, and the subscription converts to the paid plan price at the end of the trial unless it is cancelled before day 14; the price and renewal period are shown before purchase. Because no charge is taken during the trial period itself, there is nothing to refund for the trial.
You may cancel a subscription at any time from the subscription-management page or by contacting us, which stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the current paid period. Deleting the StateNull application does not by itself cancel a subscription.
Payments, subscription billing and refunds are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), which acts as the Merchant of Record for these purchases, in line with Paddle’s Refund Policy. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; the time for the amount to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.
