Pick one route per device. The Play edition and the secure-link edition carry different signing keys, so Android will not install one over the other: switching routes on a phone means uninstalling the app first, which removes its on-device data. Google Play is the right choice for a normal installation; the secure link exists for managed / organization-controlled rollouts.
There is no desktop build yet — Windows, macOS and Linux are on the roadmap, not available today. Use the web app above in a desktop browser; it needs nothing installed.
