Generate a one-time enrollment link, then open it on the device to register it securely into your tenant. Corporate = supervised; BYOD = personal.

DEVICE ENROLLMENT

Your devices are managed by your organization. To add or remove a device, ask your organization admin — they generate enrollment links from their portal.

Everyone in your organization, and their access level. Admins manage the whole fleet (enroll & revoke any device); members see only their own devices. Use the buttons here to grant full admin or basic membership — only the owner can change roles.

ORGANIZATION — DEPARTMENTS & ROLES

Structure your organization into departments (organizational units) and delegate scoped admin roles. A role can be limited to one department — a Berlin device-admin cannot touch Munich. All rules are enforced on the server.

DEVICE MANAGEMENT — MANAGED APPS & PROFILES

Curate managed apps and network/config profiles, then assign each tenant-wide or to a department (OU). Devices in that OU — and its sub-OUs — receive them. Server-enforced.

Links you created (from the app) to share a single file publicly — end-to-end encrypted, the key travels only in the link. Revoke any of them to permanently delete the shared copy.

TWO-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION (2FA)

WEB SIGN-IN PROTECTION

Every browser sign-in must be approved from your enrolled phone. You normally manage this in the app under Settings → Web sign-in protection — it can also be switched off here, which is the way out if that phone was lost, wiped or reinstalled and can no longer approve.

ACCOUNT & PRIVACY

Delete account & data — permanently remove your account and captures.
