Your evidence stays yours

Guest photos are encrypted in the guest's browser before upload. Our servers store ciphertext they cannot read — decryption and review happen in your office browser. To run the workflow, the service does process request and delivery metadata (file names, sizes, types, recipients, timestamps) — never the photo contents. EU-hosted (Finland).

Honest source labels

Every file is labeled by how it arrived — browser capture or uploaded file — assigned by the channel, never by the sender. A forwarded old photo cannot masquerade as a fresh capture.

Every request, upload, correction, approval and acknowledgement lands in one tamper-conscious job record with file fingerprints (SHA-256) and receive times — exportable, reviewable, defensible.
